Get answers to common questions about Full Buttock Wax (Women).
Most clients enjoy three to six weeks of smoothness, depending on individual hair growth cycles. Factors like hormones and skin type influence timing. Regular appointments and proper aftercare can increase intervals and improve texture, reducing regrowth visibility over time.
Some discomfort is normal, but we minimize pain using fast technique, quality warm wax, and soothing post-wax care. Communicate with your esthetician for breaks, breathing tips, or numbing options if you are particularly sensitive.
Avoid exfoliating or tanning 24 to 48 hours before your service, and ensure hair is about a quarter-inch long. Clean, dry skin without heavy lotions provides the best waxing results and reduces irritation.
Keep the area clean and avoid heat, tight clothing, or heavy exercise for 24 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and exfoliate lightly after 48 to 72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth skin.
We don’t recommend shaving between waxes because it removes hair at the surface and can disrupt waxing results. If necessary, wait until close to your next appointment so hairs are long enough for effective waxing.
Certain skin conditions, recent sunburn, open wounds, or medications like Accutane may prevent waxing. Disclose allergies, skin treatments, and medications during booking — estheticians will advise safe options or recommend alternatives.
