Arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about 1/4 inch long. Exfoliate gently 24–48 hours prior and avoid lotions, oils, or retinoids. If taking blood-thinning medications or sunscreen, notify your esthetician before waxing.

Some sensitivity is normal, especially first-time waxes. We use warming techniques, premium wax, and soothing post-wax care to minimize pain. Breathing techniques and a professional esthetician’s steady approach typically make the procedure quick and tolerable.

Appointments usually take 45 to 75 minutes depending on hair thickness and skin sensitivity. New clients or those combining services may require additional time; we recommend arriving early to discuss skin concerns with your esthetician.

Most clients notice regrowth in 3–6 weeks, depending on individual hair cycles. With regular waxing, hair often grows back finer and sparser. Maintain exfoliation and follow recommended waxing intervals for best long-term results.

Certain conditions—active skin infections, sunburn, open wounds, recent laser treatment, severe varicose veins, or certain medications—may preclude waxing. Disclose medical history and medications during booking so we can advise or reschedule safely.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense exercise, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Apply gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and avoid tight clothing. Exfoliate lightly after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and extend smooth results.
